The Sphaera was developed for top performance in any sport. Its large field of vision ensures that you can see everything down to the smallest detail.

The lightweight O Matter™ frame is designed to be worn over caps and helmets and features a front vent for better air circulation. Unobtainium® nose pads and moulded ear pads ensure a non-slip fit when you work up a sweat.

Why is it worth choosing Sphaera? Can't many other sports glasses do exactly what these glasses can? Certainly. Protecting you from glare and sunlight, keeping out wind, water and insects are probably the main features of sports glasses. But Oakley's Sphaera is a further development of the tried-and-tested and still ingenious Jawbreaker. Thanks to PRIZM lens technology, the sportsman gets impressively sharp contrasts in his eyes. Bumps in the road and changes in surface are easy to recognise. Alternatively, Oakley offers a photochromic lens that adapts to the light conditions and automatically and reliably darkens or lightens. The robust frame fits the head like a pair of pliers. At first, this feeling is irritating and you suspect that it could be a long-term pressure. However, on the second ride, everything is reduced to a secure and non-slip fit, and the goggles sit firmly on the nose on the first small jumps. The faster starts and downhill sections at higher speeds show that the airflow is channelled away from the eyes. The tapered, round frame ensures complete ventilation. No contact on the forehead or cheek area. A further ventilation inlet is located directly above the nose bridge. Anyone who spends money on an Oakley wants to enjoy their glasses in the long term. That's why I also recommend taking care of the centrepiece, the lens! Please only clean the lens and frame with mild hand soap and warm water. Lather up in your hand and then clean with your fingers.
