We equip it with the powerful Bosch Performance CX motor with its 100 Nm torque and up to 400% pedal assistance. The necessary power is supplied by the Powertube 600 battery, elegantly integrated in the down tube, with its 600Wh, which enables epic tours. Want to extend the tour even further? No problem with the optional Powermore 250 range extender - simply mount it and connect it to the charging socket and you have a total capacity of 850Wh. You can read the data about your adventures on the Kiox 400C display integrated into the top tube while riding and conveniently control the menu from the remote on the handlebars. With the comfortable Raceface ERA with 40mm rise and 780mm width, you have carbon in your hands, which suppresses vibrations and avoids the dreaded arm pump. The hand-flattering GDH grip and the SM 10 Enduro saddle are made by Ergon and guarantee comfort. For full control on the descent, we have specified an SDG Tellis dropper, which can be easily lowered from the handlebars and gives you more freedom of movement. The gears and brakes come from the iconic Shimano XT groupset - the electronic XT Di2 drivetrain is efficient, fast and extremely reliable, and the 10-51T cassette range means that no climb, however steep, is off limits. What's more, the rear derailleur is also connected directly to the motor's battery, so you only have to worry about the charge status of one battery. The four-piston brakes from the XT groupset are beyond reproach and allow you to apply the brakes with fine control as well as with enormous force, just as you need it. The suspension with its 150 mm of travel is also nothing but the best: both the FOX 36 Float Factory Grip X2 and the Float X2 Factory shock not only stand out with their sexy golden Kashima coating, but also with their perfect function and wide range of adjustment options to suit your preferences. The lightweight NEWMEN Beskar 30 wheelset has just the right balance of robustness and forward momentum and, with its 30 mm rim width, perfectly accommodates the Schwalbe tyres - the combination of Magic Mary at the front and Albert at the rear, each with a grippy rubber compound and in the radial version, provides plenty of control on any surface and in any weather. RECAP is the name of the new trail bike in the RADON portfolio and it almost makes you forget that a motor is installed. We have deliberately developed a lightweight ebike with full power for maximum trail fun. The very lightweight full carbon frame, in combination with the high-quality equipment, is designed for agility and riding fun. Tight bends and technical passages will magically attract you with the RECAP. We install the latest 5th generation Bosch Performance CX motor with its 100Nm torque and provide a permanently installed 600Wh battery for long tours. If you need more range and altitude, a Powermore Range Extender with an additional 250Wh easy can be installed. When the terrain gets rougher, a super-soft 150 mm of suspension travel at the front and rear will help you negotiate obstacles. On all model variants, 12-speed drivetrains with wide-range cassettes help you tackle even the steepest climbs. The maxim with the RECAP was to build a bike that is as agile and light as possible - where we didn't look at the last gram is the tyres. Here you have very grippy tyres for every terrain in every model variant.
The RECAP frame
The centrepiece of our new RECAP is the brand-new, lightweight full carbon frame - the first ever in RADON pedelec history. It is the basis for lively handling and lively cornering. Despite its light weight, we install the latest generation Bosch Performance CX motor with its massive power and 100 Nm torque. To save even more weight, the 600WH Powertube battery is permanently installed in the frame. If the battery capacity is not enough for an epic tour, you can easily fit the Powermore range extender with its 250 Wh. The frame has 150 mm travel at the rear, which we combine with 150 mm forks at the front - that's enough for maximum riding fun and fits in with the weight concept. You can adjust the head angle between a flatter and a steeper position on the headset by turning the shells according to your own preferences, and there are attachment points under the top tube for a tool, for example, to carry it with you on the ride. Protectors for the down tube and the chain stay blend harmoniously into the elegant overall appearance. The Kiox 400c blends seamlessly into the top tube and provides you with all the important information about your activity.

Wie alle Bosch PowerTubes ist die PowerTube 600 / 800 perfekt in den Rahmen integriert. Ein ansprechendes eBike-Design und hohe Kapazität – eine Kombination ohne Kompromisse. Für den Akku wurde ein neues, leichteres Gehäuse verwendet. Er kann, sofern der eBike-Hersteller das eBike dafür vorbereitet hat, einfach getauscht werden – für mehr oder auch mal weniger Reichweite.
