Lange habe ich nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, unsere doch recht massiven eBikes relativ einfach und problemlos für gewisse Wartungsarbeiten in einem mobilen Montageständer unterzubringen. Bei eBikes sind die meisten angebotenen Montageständer recht schnell überfordert. Das ist mit dem Schwerlast-Montageständer „Katana“ PL-1 von B_D zumindest in dieser Hinsicht nicht mehr so. Der Ständer hebt alle eBikes, auch die die aussehen und wiegen wie ein Rehabilitationsgerät sicher und standfest. Was bei allen elektrischen, pneumatischen oder mit Kettenzug/Spindelantrieb betriebenen Ständern für den privaten Gebrauch bleibt ist die vorgegebene maximale Belastung und die Spannhöhe der Klammer, die je nach Ausführung fummelig oder einfach von der Hand geht, jedoch stets immer noch das Anheben des Bikes auf eine bestimmte Höhe voraussetzt. Letztlich muss dann auch die Mechanik der Klammer zum Fixieren bedient werden. Das nährt die Annahme, dass das Einspannen eines eBikes für eine Person eine gewisse Hürde darstellt. Der Preis und die Leistung des mobilen Montageständers PL-1 ist insgesamt fair und hat aus meiner Sicht nur wenige Mitbewerber, schon gar nicht in dieser Leistungsklasse mit 50kg Belastbarkeit im mobilen Bereich. Mit dem Anheben der allermeisten eBikes zum Haltepunkt in ca. 100cm Höhe und der gleichzeitigen Fixierung muss man aber leben können.
Sehr stabiler Ständer für E-Bikes und sogar für mein Tandem. Die Hubfunktion mit Akkuschrauber und mitgelieferter 9-er Nuss ist sehr komfortabel. Zusammengeklappt nimmt der Ständer wenig Platz weg. Kleines Manko: Die Ablage kollidiert in der untersten Position mit der Kurbel zur Höhenverstellung. Trotzdem ein sehr gelungenes und preiswertes Produkt.
Ich kann dem Lob nur zustimmen! Der Aufbau war intuitiv und einfach, der Ständer selbst macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Volle fünf Sterne von mir, würde ich wieder kaufen. Lieferung und Service erhalten ebenfalls fünf Sterne, wie immer bei Bike-Discount.
Schnelle Lieferung und top Qualität! Das Katana PL1 Modell ist der perfekte Kompromiss zwischen günstigen Wackel-Ständern und High-End-Profi-Equipment. Der Aufbau ging fix, alles ist stabil und die Hub-Funktion läuft extrem geschmeidig. Besonders die gummierte Klemme schützt den Rahmen optimal. Die magnetische Ablage ist im Alltag super praktisch. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass keine Lenkerhalterung im Lieferumfang dabei ist. Dennoch: Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle Schrauber die sich nicht verheben wollen!
