The SCOTT Addict 50 road bike offers high-performance riding at an excellent price-performance ratio.
The HMF carbon frame is slim, aerodynamic and responsive, yet 25% more compliant vertically than race-oriented models - for less vibration, more comfort and a relaxed, efficient ride. Equipped with the mechanical Shimano 105 2x groupset and the robust Syncros RP2.0 wheelset with Schwalbe ONE tires, the Addict 50 is a versatile road bike for comfort-conscious long-distance riders.
The comfortable frame geometry is ideal for riders who prioritize the fun of the ride, but are still always ready for sprints to the finish or fast descents. The geometry with a higher stack and shorter reach enables a more upright riding position without compromising on performance. The generous tire clearance of up to 38 mm offers flexibility for a wide variety of surfaces and provides noticeable damping on long distances.
Note Syncros ST-R300-AL stem: For technical reasons, the Syncros ST-R300-AL stem (available in the aftermarket under product number 425195) is no longer compatible with the following computer mounts: 424253 Sycros MT-R-201-AL and 292892 Syncros Foil Aero.

A relaxed geometry enhances comfort on every ride. The Addict features increased stack and reduced reach, creating a natural and comfortable fit. Riding with 0mm spacers on the Addict is equivalent to 35mm spacers on the Addict RC, ensuring a more upright and enjoyable position.
Carbon Technology HMX-HMF
The Addict is available in two proven carbon layups. The HMF version strikes the perfect balance between lightweight construction, stiffness, and comfort, while the HMX version elevates performance even further. By using higher modulus carbon fibers, material can be reduced without compromising strength, resulting in an even lighter frame that maintains all expected ride characteristics.
