The Mavic Cosmic SL 32 Carbon wheelset combines low weight, high stiffness and aerodynamic design for maximum performance in the mountains. The 32 mm deep, NACA-inspired rim shape reduces drag, while double-butted spokes save weight and increase responsiveness.
Thanks to the Infinity hub platform and ID360 freehub, the wheel impresses with direct power transfer and explosive acceleration. The improved UST Road System enables easy tubeless riding for more speed, comfort, and control. This makes every climbing and descending adventure even more efficient and smooth.
Features - Mavic Cosmic SL 32 Carbon
- Infinity hub design - Efficient power transfer thanks to optimised non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. The length of the spokes at the front and rear is identical. Maintenance is easy thanks to a tool-free solution.
- Instant Drive 360 freehub technology - The new Instant Drive 360 freewheel system is super light and efficient. A large contactless rubber seal provides low friction, while a wide array of end caps makes it super versatile.
- UST tubeless technology - Traction and control. Universal Standard for Tubeless. Ready to ride tubeless system. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.
- QRM Auto bearing preload technology - Qualité de Roulements Mavic Auto. Those cartridge bearings are of course double sealed with C3 internal clearance. Their preload is automatically adjusted to guarantee a perfect spin with no play on the long run.
