The 226ERS Race Day Bar BCAA is a vegan 40 g energy bar with a fine, easily chewable texture, ideal for training and competitions. It provides up to 25 g of carbohydrates from ingredients such as figs and pumpkin seeds, reduces insulin spikes and also contains BCAA in a ratio of 8:1:1 and a vitamin complex. Thanks to its compact size, easy digestibility and organic ingredients, it is the perfect companion for sporting activities.

- The amount of figs has been increased and the dates have been reduced, thereby controlling the glycaemic index and providing energy but reducing insulin peaks
