A chainstay and down tube protector is also included and ensures that the bike always looks great despite the heaviest use. Cube select precisely the right grade of alloy for needs, carefully tweak tube profiles to suit each application, and then meticulously weld each frame. Advanced Hydroforming
Our high end aluminium frame models are built using Advanced Hydroforming. This manufacturing process uses high pressure fluid to change an aluminium tube's shape, making the best use of the material's properties and maximising strength whilst miminising weight.
