Industrial bearings of this quality are only available in Mavic hubs. In QRM wheels with double seal (type 2RS or LLU) and extremely low tolerances. Maximum efficiency thanks to minimal bearing play and extreme dimensional accuracy. Enormous durability.
FTS-X - Force Transfer System X
Further improved freewheel system, especially for the toughest MTB applications where a more robust freewheel is required. Reinforced pawls, self-locking axle pivot mount and new lip seal with halved friction.
It’s designed and engineered as a complete system, with all the components working together to produce a quality off-road riding experience. The 21 mm wide rim (internal) is laced with 24 round, straight-pull spokes for durability and strength. The front hub is compatible with 9 mm QR and 15 mm thru-axles and the rear is 9 x 135 mm for quick release.
