Torque wrench: An important tool for every bike workshop
Torque wrenches are precision tools that allow bolted connections to be tightened with exactly the force recommended or specified by the manufacturer. Especially for frames and add-on parts made of carbon, the correct torque, which is given in newton meters (Nm), must be observed. However, the correct tightening torque also ensures that the connection is not overstressed for all other materials.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Torque wrenches are not intended to loosen threaded joints, neither in left nor right rotation (screws with left-hand threads are rare, but they are available, e.g. the left pedal!). The loosening of screw connections destroys the sensitive mechanics of the torque wrench. The measuring accuracy is then no longer guaranteed. Inappropriate storage can also affect the accuracy. A torque wrench must always be stored in a released position , i.e. at the lowest adjustable value!
And another important tip at this point: Before using the torque wrench for the first time, we recommend moving it 3 times over the entire scale so that the grease is distributed evenly in the mechanism.

Ich bewerte eigentlich selten meine Onlinekäufe aber diesmal muss ich es einfach tun! Ich habe vor einiger Zeit diesen Koffer gekauft und bin absolut begeistert! Dieses Set ist ideal für jeden Schrauber, der Reparaturen an seinem Fahrrad selbst durchführen möchte und geld sparen möchte. Denn der Werkzeugkoffer ist kompakt und tragbar, was es sehr einfach macht, ihn überallhin mitzunehmen. Er enthält eine gute Auswahl an Werkzeugen, die für die meisten gängigen Reparaturen benötigt werden! Die Qualität des Sets ist in Ordnung bis herausragend. Einige Werkzeuge stechen aber heraus!!! Vor allem, dass bereits enthaltene Montageset 4-in-1 für Innenlager (Wow). Unter der Nummer 20099994 hier im Shop ebenfalls mit herausragenden Bewertungen. Zusätzlich dabei ist und auch noch ein Drehmomentschlüssel on Top mit allen Bits. Und das bei dem Preis? Eigentlich unschlagbar! Habe z.B bereits ein Bike komplett umgebaut und eins komplett neu aufgebaut und fast nichts hat gefehlt. Es ist bisher nichts kaputtgegangen, verbogen oder ähnliches. Die Handhabung der Werkzeuge ist einfach und sie erfüllen ihren Zweck. Ich konnte problemlos meine Reifen wechseln (gute Reifenheber), meine neue und alte Kette/Kassette montieren/demontieren (sogar 12-fach auch kein Problem), Innenlager einpressen bzw. tauschen usw. usw. Das Set bietet auch genügend Vielseitigkeit für verschiedene Arten von Fahrrädern, ob Rennrad, MTB, Trekking oder auch ältere Bikes (z.B hat man hier schon eine Kettenzange und ein Kettennieter dabei. (auch nicht selbstverständlich bei solchen Sets) Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Werkzeugkoffer von Katana sehr zufrieden und kann es empfehlen. Es ist wirklich ein gutes P/L Verhältnis.
Sehr "luftiges" Werkzeug, viel Plastik und der Innenlager-Schlüssel (HoTe II) rutscht gleich beim ersten benutzen durch. Da kann China-Werkzeug von günstigen Portalen mehr für einen Bruchteil der Kosten.

Es ist ein sehr gut sortierter und vollständiger Werkzeugkoffer mit einem ausgezeichneten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Es enthält alles, was zum Arbeiten/Reparieren an meinem E-Bikes benötigt wird! Die Elektronik sollte man sowieso nur in einer Fachwerkstatt machen lassen. Aber den Rest kann ich jetzt selber machen.
Überzeugender Koffer , wirklich durchdacht und die Qualität der Werkzeuge ist auch ok . Besonderes das 4 in 1 Montagetool ist klasse . Haben uns im letzten Jahr einen Montageständer und Zentrierständer von Katana-Tools zugelegt , klare Empfehlung für die Produkte . Ps. Versand wie immer flott .
