SILCA Secret Chain Blend (Hot Wax)
SILCA Secret Chain Blend is a hot wax lubricant based on wax containing tungsten disulphide at the nanoscale, also known as NanoPlatelet WS2, which significantly reduces friction. Secret Chain Blend consists of highly refined, laboratory-grade paraffin and a high concentration of tungsten disulphide in three specific sizes. Secret Chain Blend not only acts as a lubricant but also modifies the surface of the chain by filling all the gaps in the metal with highly lubricating and wear-resistant tungsten disulphide particles. As a result, chains that have been waxed with Secret Chain Blend and Secret Chain Lube actually become faster over time and after repeated waxing. Secret Chain Blend is the only hot wax lubricant with a specially formulated and compatible drip wax, which can be used to top up the wax as required, thereby extending the interval between hot wax applications and ensuring the drivetrain runs as smoothly as possible. Using the combination of Secret Chain Blend and Secret Chain Lube can drastically extend the service life of the chain and drivetrain components (up to 10 times).
