After putting the thing in the vice, and heating the "legs", I could easily bend them to fit my 56mm steerer tube bearings. Bearings are now removed! Don't know how it behaves if the bearing was stuck more than mine was, should be fine I think. Lubricate the legs on the outside to slide in and out better. (Good life advice in general.) Removing one star due to the store's description is not as good as Parktool's.
Strictly for headsets: the pipe diameter is 24.5 mm - which is not suitable for hollowtech or same type bottom brackets, - and both sizes are made from the same pipe and differ only in the opening width of the cutted edge. Parktool with pipe diameters are 22 and 28.5mm are more versatile
Solides Werkzeug , macht was es soll . Kann ich empfehlen .
