The VELOFLEXX bridge allows the rear mudguard to be mounted at the top of the seat bar without tools, using rubber straps. If, despite the disc brakes, there is a crossbar between the seat stays, the distance between the tyre and the crossbar must be 30 mm in order for the bike to be compatible with the VELOFLEXX mudguard.
At the front, the VELOFLEXX is mounted on the fork bridge with a rubberised hook and loop fastener or a cable tie. The frame adapters enable the mudguards to be mounted on any fork and for the angle to be adjusted. The black-coated stays provide even greater support. The VELOFLEXX set is suitable for fitness bikes, mountain bikes and city bikes.

Gut verarbeitete Schutzbleche, die sich gut anpassen lassen. Wir haben sie an einem Ghost Lanao 27.5 montiert. Hinten musste das Schutzblech ein Stück gekürzt werden, die Markierungen am Schutzblech waren da eine gute Hilfe. Die Befestigung hinten haben wir über optionale Metallwinkel realisiert (Winkelset für Velo 55+65 / Beavertail, 3-5€). Vorn stört die tief angebrachte Gabelbrücke, wodurch das Schutzblech recht dicht über dem Reifen ist. Ohne Bohrung in der Gabelbrücke muss das VR Schutzblech mit der windigen Klettbandbefestigung halten. Bin gespannt wie lange das gut geht. Die Schutzblechstreben mussten wir auch kürzen, geht aber problemlos mit einer Metallsäge. Markierungen hätten hier etwas geholfen. Die 8 mitgelieferten Folienstreifen (Rahmenschutz) sind leider zu schmal, um als Schutz gegen die gummierten Rahmenhalter und Gummibänder zu dienen. Ansonsten finde ich das Gesamtpaket aber sehr ok. Mit ein paar Anpassungen sollte es an die meisten 26/27,5er Räder passen.
Habe es an einem alten 26" Ghost HTX Disc mit Fox F100X montiert. Hinten passt es sofort und es muss nichts gekürzt werden. Eine Zunge ist hinten noch am Rahmen montiert gewesen. Die Brücke wurde also nicht benötigt. Vorne an der Federgabel wäre die SKS Brücke hilfreich, ist aber zu schmal. Die Fox Gabelbrücke sitzt sehr tief, sodass man kaum Platz hat. Zudem sind die Klettverschlüsse an der Gabel ungeeignet und wackelig. Auch müssten vorne die Stege gekürzt werden. Vorne muss ich mir noch was einfallen lassen.
Great fenders for bikes without eyelets, easy to mount and quite sturdy. Coverage is not as good as on full size french-style fenders, but still decent. Front and rear mounts can be switched so they can be installed on a bike with rigid fork if bike has seat stay bridge.
