The Cateye Rapid Micro G is the smallest and most affordable USB rechargeable rear light. The included USB charging cable keeps breathing new life into the integrated lithium-ion battery, and a convenient power level warning tells you when it's time to recharge. The rear light can be mounted both vertically and horizontally - just as you wish.

The lighting set is very easy to install. The mounting for the front light is fixed with a ratchet and the one for the rear light with a rubber. This makes the mountings very versatile and they can be easily installed on parts with different diameters. Due to the 3 brightness levels of the front light the perfect brightness for every situation is available no matter if you ride through the forest or on the road. The 70 lumens of the brightest level illuminate the forest enough so you can see roots and mud holes right on time. And in road traffic you just set the light one level lower, so you still have 50 lumens. Thanks to the German StVZO approval you will not have any problems with the police if you’re riding in Germany. Due to the easy handling and the easy installation it can be switched quickly from bike to bike. The battery lasts about 5 hours on average and a charging time of 5 hours is in my opinion also acceptable. All in all, the “GVolt 70.1 + Rapid Micro G" lighting set from “Cateye” is very useful and perfect for every cyclist who is on the bike even in the dark season.

Die Lampe vorne hat genau 2 Jahre gehalten und dann nicht mehr. Für den Preis und Ausleuchtung leider eine Enttäuschung.

Montage Kopfüber ist einzigartig und der Grund warum ich die Lampe gekauft habe. Das Leichtbild ist mittelmäßig bis gut. Die Halterung des Frontscheinwerfers ist echt toll, die des Rücklichtes ist suboptimal weil nur O-Ring was beim ausklipsen nervig ist. Die Chance für eine Befestigung via Kabelbinder wäre möglich gewesen aber würde nicht umgesetzt. Das schlimmste ist, das die Frontlampe kein Feedback über den Ladestand hat außer "Lampe ist leer und Funktion ist nicht mehr sichergestellt" .
