In the TOPLIGHT Flat S, the light from a high-performance LED is fanned out in the patented LineTec lens system to form a wide and brilliant red strip of light. Instead of a lonely point of light that makes it almost impossible for following traffic to estimate distance in the "spaceless" darkness, an approaching motorist now sees the bright and homogeneous strip. This spatial relationship makes him more sensitive to the distance to the vehicle in front. But the rear light also shines on the sides, so that a generous beam angle of about 320° is realized and thus good visibility is achieved from almost all sides.

Tut genau, was es soll - gute Sichtbarkeit für Fahrer von Fahrzeugen, die von hinten kommen. In der dunklen Jahreszeit ein wichtiger Faktor wenn man trotz Dunkelheit ein paar Kilometer machen möchte.
Einfache Montage. Sehr helles Rücklicht. Gute Sichtbarkeit von der Seite. Einfache Wechsel der Batterie. Es werden Standard AA Batterien (oder Akkus) verwendet.
Super Rücklicht zur Montage am Gepäckträger mit variablem Abstand für die Schrauben. Selbstsichernde Muttern verhindern lästiges Geklapper durch ein eigenständiges Lösen. Ein breiter Ausfallwinkel für den Beleuchtungsstreifen ist vorhanden und ermöglicht zudem eine bessere Abstandseinschätzung für den nachfolgenden Verkehr. Betrieben wird das ganze mit 2 AA-Akkus bzw. Batterien (nicht im Lieferumfang), die bei mir allerdings deutlich früher aufgebraucht waren als bei vorhergehenden Rücklichtmodellen. Ich komme mit eneloop (3er-Serie mit 1900 mAh) nicht auf die besagten 50 Stunden Betrieb. Ein Austausch der Akkus durch einfach Demontage ist allerdings gegeben. Einziges Manko am Rücklicht ist der Ein- und Ausschalter. Er ist zwar ausreichend groß, um ihn auch mit Handschuhen bedienen zu können, allerdings hakt er etwas, wodurch häufig das Gefühl entsteht, er würde fast Abbrechen. Eine automatische Abschaltfunkition halte ich definitiv für überflüssig!
