This practically impenetrable puncture protection successfully defies all types of foreign objects from getting to the inner tube below. Even a drawing pin cannot get through. Tyres with Plus Breaker can be seen in almost every segment nowadays: Whether racing cycles, MTB or city/trekking, the Plus Breaker guarantees maximum safety without negatively affecting the cycle properties of the tyre. Super Mantel gegen Plattfuß!
3 stars only for the difficulty of mounting, one has to go small increment by increment. We know that Conti tires are on the tight side, i also have extensive experience with tubulars, but this one was a revelation. Apart from that, they ride smooth and nice, they give you a nice feeling of the road with insulation of the chatter and they were surprisingly true for a mid level tire, all in all very nice. As regards longevity, having used them for more than a year, so far perfect. No punctures, no wear, still ride as new (i put approx. 100km/month on these tires). A worth buy, not sure i tell the difference from the more expensive tires and honestly these feel better than my conti 4000, particularly on the fast descents.
Genau wie erwartet, toller Reifen mit top Pannenschutz, faltbare Variante hält auch das Gewicht in Grenzen. Die 23mm Varinte fällt sehr schmal aus, von daher sollte Komfortbewusste mind. die 25mm Version wählen. Rundlauf und Verarbeitung sind Conti-like hervorragend.
Wirklich enge Reifen für die korrekte Felgenbreite und GröBe. LieBen sich nur mit 3 Hebel montieren. Haben ausreichend Grip und sehen gut aus. Bis jetzt nach 400km keine Pannen. Langzeiterfahrung habe ich nicht.
