The CORE suit is ideal for heat training indoors, whether you’re cycling or running. This specially designed garment acts as a ‘wearable climate chamber’ and enables you to raise your core body temperature more quickly and with less physical effort. This makes it very easy to achieve your ideal Heat Strain Index for heat training.

Recommended sizes
- S: Suitable for people up to approx. 172 cm in height
- M: Suitable for most people up to approx. 180 cm in height
- L: Suitable for most people between approx. 180 and 195 cm in height
- If in doubt, we recommend choosing the larger size
Important note
Excessive exposure to high temperatures can be harmful to your health. Using this product may lead to dehydration, heatstroke, heat exhaustion and other heat-related illnesses, and in extreme cases even death. Please read the article on ‘Safety in the Heat’.
To reduce the risk of overheating and dehydration, drink plenty of water before, during and after using the suit. If you experience dizziness, vomiting, muscle cramps, nausea and/or light-headedness, take off the suit and seek emergency medical attention immediately. If you are over 65 years of age, suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, a respiratory condition and/or are under medical supervision, please do not use the suit without first consulting a doctor or healthcare professional. Pregnant women and children (under 18 years of age) should not use the suit under any circumstances.
