Procedura:
Immetta l’importo desiderato nel campo apposito e clicchi sul carrello, per inserirlo in quest’ultimo. Il buono le viene inviato tramite e-mail, la preghiamo di verificare che la mail inserita nel suo account sia corretta. La mail con il buono le arriva entro 3 ore. Se paga con bonifico bancario, la mail la inviamo non appena l’importo arriva sul conto.Il buono si può ordinare pagando tramite bonifico bancario, PayPal oppure carta di credito.
Per incassare un buono acquisto deve semplicemente inserire il codice del buono, nel campo buono acquisto, inserirlo nel carrello e confermare l’acquisto cliccando su acquista. Se ha più buoni da incassare ripeta la stessa procedura con il prossimo buono.
Le ricordiamo che i buoni acquisto vengono emessi solo in EURO
Importante: una riscossione anche parziale del buono non è possibile. Tenga presente che il buono può essere riscosso solo sul sito H&S Bike-Discount e non nel Megastore Bike-Discount a Bonn.

Gutschein sollte direkt nach Bestellung per eMail versendet werden. Innerhalb weniger Sekunden war die Bestellbestätigung per eMail da aber der Gutschein lässt auf sich warten... Warum klappt es mit der Bestellbestätigung aber mit dem Gutschein nicht. Nun gehe ich doch ohne Geschenk zur Party...
Leider kam es bei Ihrer Bestellung zu einer verzögerten automatischen Abwicklung der Bezahlung, so dass kein Gutschein am gleichen Abend versendet wurde. Das tut uns sehr leid! Im Normalfall wird der Gutschein innerhalb weniger Stunden verschickt.
