Matériau
Textile / Synthetics / RubberFantastic shoes. Finally a ride without a pressure points in the forefoot, zero red spots on toes or blisters anywhere. Compared to Shimano RX8 which I used for several years, Lake MX219 is like a soft pillow. Sole is rigid enough not to flex the power transfer while the upper shoe is soft and spacious but snug when tightened with BOA. Walking is also much different because of rubber inserts on outside of carbon sole: walking is easier and more natural. No changeable insole though.
