It may happen that you, as a buyer, will be asked to pay Norwegian taxes at customs or before receiving your goods. Since you have already paid the taxes to us, this is of course both wrong and very irritating.

Our information on the documents is definitely correct. As evidence of your having already paid the tax, it is best to present your invoice containing all the particulars.

Please use the PDF invoice attached to the corresponding shipping confirmation as proof.
