Klingel sieht gut aus, das wars auch schon. Der Rest ist nicht gut. Die kleine Befestigungsschraube fällt bei der Montage gerne mal runter (die findet ihr auf Rasen nie wieder). Klingel ist deutlich zu leise und wenn Regentropfen auf dem Klangkörper sind kommt gar kein Ton mehr heraus. Preis / Leistung stimmen hier überhaupt nicht. Dürfte max. 10 Euro kosten.
Definitely NOT worth the money. It’s a very good looking design, the profile is very low and looks great, but it ends there. Effective bells have a sharp sound that starts loudly followed by a quick fade out so that it immediately calls for attention, but in the case of this bell the initial *ding* is very low and kind of progressive, and the following sound is rather long and fades away slowly... and that is only when it works, because in my experience it is also very inconsistent: sometimes it sounds more or less acceptable, often times muted, like there was something touching it, even if it is not the case. The result is that pedestrians simply don’t hear it, or it mixes with road noise instead of being a sharp call-out. I tried adjusting and loosening the attachment screw, and changing the inclination of the hammer, but nothing worked. Also checked under the body of the bell to see if maybe there was something stuck underneath or the little springs that keep it in place were deformed, but everything looks as good as new. I read somewhere that the rider perceives it way quieter that it really sounds because it irradiates the noise to the front, but simply standing in front of the bike and actuating it proves this is not true, and the inconsistencies are simply unacceptable. I spent 30 € on a bike bell justifying it by the fact that is a safety device, but this is frankly unsafe, and a cheap 12 € bell is way more effective. Good looking, though…

Leider enttäuschend. Die Glocke sieht super aus und klang bei mir auch ganz gut. Bis ich sie am Lenker angebracht habe. Dadurch hat sie sehr an Lautstärke verloren. Nach drei Wochen habe ich die Schraube verloren, kann natürlich an mir liegen, trägt aber insgesamt nicht zu einem positiven Bild bei. Würde ich nicht nochmal kaufen.

Anbringung, Klang und Funktion einwandfrei. Zu beachten: die Größe "small" ist für jeden heutzutage gängigen Fahrradlenker (d.h. MTB, City, Treking) geeignet - analog den Lenkergriffen. "Regular" wäre als Bezeichnung treffender.
I am really suprised by the average reviews this bell gets. A bell needs to fullfil a really simple basic task. In that regard this one is really pricey. Nontheless, as long as it lives up to it's promises, I don't mind to pay a bit extra for a really nice (aerodynamic looking) desing. I had to replace my old bell (mounted on my steering tube, since it interfered with my fuel bag. As a result, I stumbled upon this one. I saw a lot of reviews about how silent this bell was, and it is quite expensive for it's function, So I really had my doubts, nontheless I still decided to try it out. If I was really unhappy with it, I could still buy the cheapest (loud) bell I could find. Subejctively it indeed sounds a tiny bit quieter than my old bell. I think this is mainly due to the type of noise it makes and positioning of the bell. To get a (sort of) objective result, I measured the sound with a decibelmeter app on my phone. I tried a few different distances in the front of my bike ranging from a few cm to +-3 meters, and on every distance the knog is louder by a quite a few decibels compared to my old bell. The sound the knog makes (measured with a simple phone app) is between 73 and 83 decibels depending on the distance. There are still a few disadvantages like wheight, the price, the qualtity of the finish, and that it easely scratches you bike. However overall it delivers on what it promises. +sound +Design +ease of use -price -weight -scratches your handlebars easely -where the hammer hits I already lost some of the black finish ==> probably scratches up verry easely.
klasse Verarbeitung und Klang
Klingel ist soweit ok. Die Qualität hält aber nicht mit dem Preis mit :-(
Klar ist eine "Ring-Ring"-Klingel lauter als eine "Ping"-Klingel, aber diese Ping-Klingel sieht nunmal besser aus. Im Stadtverkehr mag die zu leise sein, ebenfalls gegenüber Wanderern mit Kapuze über den Ohren. Aber da mache ich lieber Kompromisse zugunsten der Ästhetik. Der Auslöser ist auch mit dicken Handschuhen gut zu bedienen und macht nicht den Eindruck, dass er (wie bei vielen Ping-Klingeln) voreilig ausleiert oder sich so verbiegt, das die Klingel nicht mehr funktioniert.
Leider nur schön aber nicht lauter als eine standart Klingel würde ich meinen.
Die Klingel ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Der Klang ist jedoch eher mau. Bei der Montage an einen Carbonlenker besteht die Gefahr, dass dieser zerkratzt wird. Leider stimmt für mich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bei diesem Produkt absolut nicht.
Stylische Klingel und echt gute Verarbeitung. Der Preis ist aber schon happig. Alles in allem bin ich aber damit zufrieden. Passt perfekt an mein Cityflitzer.
Luxusprodukt, das man nicht unbedingt haben muss. Wenn man die Schraube zu fest anzieht, wird die Klingel leiser. Durch den Aluminium Verschlüssbügel zerkratzt man sich den Lenker. Anören tut sie sich auch nicht besser eine 2 Euro Klingel. Einfach draufschrauben ist auch nicht, da man erst die richtige Position finden muss, in der der Klingelton richtig nach vorne abstrahlt.
Wunderschön und toll verarbeitet, aber viel zu leise. Die einfachere Ausführung mit Federklöppel überzeugt mehr und kostet nur halb so viel. Toll, wenn es um Optik geht, aber die Klingel dient der Verkehtssicherheit und dieses Kriterium wird leider nicht erfüllt - schade.
Echt gut. Und etwas so etwas stark zu hören. Leider kostet sie teurer, als anderen.
Glockenklarer Klang, top Verarbeitung und "trägt nicht dick auf" ;)
