Torque wrenches are precision tools that allow bolted connections to be tightened with exactly the force recommended or specified by the manufacturer. Especially for frames and add-on parts made of carbon, the correct torque, which is given in newton meters (Nm), must be observed. However, the correct tightening torque also ensures that the bolted connection is not overstressed for all other materials.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Torque wrenches are not intended to loosen threaded joints, neither in left nor right rotation (screws with left-hand threads are rare, but they are available, e.g. the left pedal!). The loosening of screw connections destroys the sensitive mechanics of the torque wrench. The measuring accuracy is then no longer guaranteed. Inappropriate storage can also affect the accuracy. A torque wrench must always be stored in a released position , i.e. at the lowest adjustable value!
And another important tip at this point: Before using the torque wrench for the first time, we recommend moving it 3 times over the entire scale so that the grease is distributed evenly in the mechanism.

Broke an aluminum seatpost bolt with it, it didn't click at 4 Nm. Otherwise it works, but I don't use it at low forces anymore
Seemed like a nice tool - so i of course tried it on arrival. It says 2-24 NM I set it to 2nm, and wanted to tighten my Handlebar Grips (max 2nm) - I trusted the tool, unfortunately, because it snapped the plastic in the handle. As it just kept going, and id did not click as it was supposed to at 2Nm..... Makes it unreliable - as i dont know if its to trust now
Arbeite seit ca. 1/2 Jahr häufig und gerne an unseren Fahrrädern damit. Drehmomentschlüssel und Bitsatz haben eine sehr gute Qualität und sind sehr gut zu bedienen. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Anschaffung empfehlen. Aufgrund einer anderen Bewertung habe ich schon gewusst, dass der Schlüssel nicht in die Box des Bitsatzes passt, so dass ich dies nicht negativ werte, aber es wäre trotzdem ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, diese Kombination in einer passenden Box anzubieten.
Top Werkzeug, habe auch schon belastende Arbeit ausgeführt. Der Bitsatz ist sein Preis wert!

Top Qualität! Kann man sehr gut mit arbeiten. Kleines minus Den Drehmomentschlüssel kann man nicht (wir angenommen) im Etui vom Bitsatz aufbewahren.
