The JAM² SL model range stands for a light full carbon frame that is fully optimised on low weight without compromising on usability and stability aspects. A super-compact FAZUA Ride 60 e-supportintegrated in a design that makes you reach new Highs. A fun-oriented geometry with 160/150 mm suspension that is built around a high trail agility without neglecting the bike’s stability. The motor and battery of our JAM² SL are fully integrated which ensures optimal protection of the e-drive and makes this e-MTB not just ride but also look like a pure bike. The thoughtfully engineered carbon layout creates the perfect balance of low weight and high stiffness. Additionally, great usability of the light e-MTB was crucial when designing the bike. To provide most flexibility while reducing weight, Focus evaluated all kinds of charging options. Focus decided for a removable battery that can easily be taken out of the bike on the bottom side of the down tube. As you can use the Allen key from the thru-axle of your JAM² SL to unlock the down tube cover, the only needed tool is always by your side. After opening the cover, you can easily remove the FAZUA ENERGY 430 battery with only one click.
Geometry
The new JAM² SL features an easy adjustment of the head angle between 64.5° and 65.5° by turning the headset cups. Choosing a steeper head angle results in a more agile handling of the bike, while the slack position gives it a more
downhill-oriented setting. Adjusting the handling of this light e-bike to your own preferences won't affect the seat angle or other parameters. Thanks to our FLIP CHIPs at the rear triangle, you can balance your bike's geometry according
to your riding style. The adjustment from 440 to 447 mm changes your whole set-up. When switching your FLIP CHIPs to a long position, the JAM² SL rides more stable and makes steep climbs easier. If you prefer manuals and a more agile geometry, change it to the short position and get your extra kick. Based on those two components, your JAM² SL can have four individual geometry settings with head angle slack or steep and chainstay long or short. These options also make sure that your bike geometry is well-balanced and adjusted to your size.
Sealed bearings
All frame bearings have an additional seal to increase their liftetime.
Maximum system weight
This sportive and light e-MTB is made for a total system weight (bike, rider, and equipment) of 135 kg.
Frame protection
Focus has developed custom frame protection for areas that are exposed to a higher risk of damage such as the down tube and chainstay. To protect your JAM² SL from paint damage, the accessory kit also contains custom frame stickers.

F.O.L.D. stands for FOCUS Optimised Linkage Design, and offers the ultimate in rear suspension. The patented F.O.L.D. kinematics make it possible to optimise the rear triangle for an extremely wide range of different requirements: F.O.L.D. is extremely sensitive while being progressive enough to prevent a harsh bottom out. For JAM² SL Focus has reduced the number of joint parts of the F.O.L.D. and thus significantly saved weight. The updated kinematic design further reduces brake influences and gives you maximum control of your bike in every situation.
COCKPIT INTEGRATION SOLUTION C.I.S.
C.I.S. stands for Cockpit Integration Solution and summarizes all internal cable routing on the cockpits of our road, gravel and mountain bikes. We developed several C.I.S. stems specifically to the needs of the bike category, f.e. an aero stem for the IZALCO MAX or a super short stem for our mountain bikes. They all have in common that they route all cables through stem and headset into the frame while still providing perfect functionality for both electronic and mechanical shifting. As a result, your cockpit looks super clean and the cables are protected internally.
FLIP CHIP
Different riders have different preferences and different trails may require a different set-up. That's why we want our bike to fit your riding style and local trails! For nimble handling on playful trails, you can leave the FLIP CHIP in the "HIGH" position and it will give you plenty of agility. If you like it hard and rough and have challenging trails around the corner, set to "LOW".

Ich habe mir das Jam SL 8.7 zuerst bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellt. Es kam beschädigt an und der darauf folgende Service war eine Katastrophe. Zum Glück war es kaputt, denn hier habe ich wesentlich weniger bezahlt und es wurde im tadellosen Zustand geliefert. Ich konnte direkt losfahren, der Akku war auch bereits geladen. Grüße
Top Rad zu unschlagbarem Preis. Kommt mit SRAM DB8 Bremse. Wiegt in L knapp.20,6 kg.
Agil und leicht wie ein starkes Bio-Trailbike, aber mit Fazua-Boost für die Uphills parat. Die Integration des Antriebs ist erstklassig. Für mich die perfekte Symbiose aus purem Fahrspaß und smarter E-Unterstützung. Absolute Empfehlung!
