It's OK to mount it on the frame. Of course, it cannot substitute the big floor-based (track) pump. But still a good thing to have on every ride. Price / value ration is good.

Liegt gut in der Hand und ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Für die Trikottasche allerdings etwas zu lang. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
