Sehr gute Montagemöglichkeit
Ja es fängt den hiteren Schmutz auf und die Halterung am Sattelrohr ist OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Dadurch dass es nur ein verstellbares Gelenk hat muss bei meinem Rad der Halter sehr weit oben angebracht werden um nicht am Rad aufzusetzen. Dadurch vergrößert sich unnötig die Wurfweite des Schmutzes. Außerdem kann ich dadurch kein Rücklicht mehr montieren (an der Sattelstütze), da dies von der Servicetasche unter dem Sattel verdeckt wird. Da war wohl kein Praktiker bei SKS am Design beteilig. Würde ich so nicht nochmal kaufen.
Hält gut am Rad, bleibt gut in Position und auch der Spritzschutz ist mit 28er RR-Reifen erstaunlich gut. Aber mit noch mehr Krümmung wäre noch mehr Spritzschutz drin. Der untere Bereich des Sattelrohrs und die Sattelstreben werden ohnehin bauartbedingt reichlich dreckig.
Very good for a road bike, narrow design looks very neat. Easy to mount and keeps your back dry. The angle adjustment requires a hex key, though, otherwise the guard will wobble and hit the tyre. In case of breakage the mounting strap might be quite easy to replace for a DIY person, I think.
