Great product. I had issues for a long time with creaking in my cockpit, I disassembled both fork and handlebar (always torqued to 5Nm spec) and cleaned with alcohol many times, but the annoying creaking always came back after a few rides. I was worried that my handlebar or fork was broken, but gave this paste a go. It solved the issue instantly, I just cleaned the steer tube and handlebar, applied small amount and torqued, that's it. I'm riding for a couple of weeks and no more annoying noises. My stem and handlebar is aluminium, so it works not only on carbon. Highly recommend the product.
