Park Tool's BBT-9 is used to remove and install external bearing crankset bottom brackets. One end of the BBT-9 securely engages the 16 notches of bottom bracket cups. The other end of the tool engages the 8 internal splines of the crank arm adjustment cap on Shimano Hollowtech II systems.
The BBT-9 fits cups and lockrings with 16 external notches and an outside diameter of approximately 44mm.

Den Schlüssel habe ich zum Lösen und Festziehen der Sicherungsringe von Shimano Centerlock-Bremsscheiben verwendet. Und das funktioniert ziemlich gut. Ein Tretlager habe ich damit noch nicht gelöst, solle aber auch funktionieren. Der Hebel könnte länger sein. Wichtig war mir die plane Fläche für einen guten Halt, so dass man nicht abrutscht. Das Werkzeug ist sehr gut verarbeitet.

Top Werkzeug mit gewohnt guter Qualität von ParkTool. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Trettlager-Werkzeugen ist bei diesem hier kaum Spiel wenn man es ordentlich an das Trettlager anlegt.
