Special DYEDBRO frame protectors for Gravel Bikes, with many great designs to choose from. A special cut pattern of adhesive sheets for gravel bikes means less waste and easier installation - and the benefits for your gravel bike are protection against Velcro / luggage straps, cable chafing and stone and rock damage.
In keeping with the motto 'Protect what you love', I gave the Dyedbro frame protection kit a try on my Radon Render E-MTB. The protective foils are rolled up in one piece and should first be roughly cut to the desired size. The kit includes two foils each for the seat stays and chain stays and one each for the top and down tube. If one of them is too long, you can easily cut it into shape with a pair of scissors, I always cut the corners off in a round shape. All I had to do next was clean the frame with a cloth and some isopropyl alcohol so that it was free of grease and the foil would stick well. Just put the foil on the frame and press it on from the centre to the edge. In case there was an air bubble, I pulled that part of the tape off again and pressed it on with the help of the spatula. You may use a hair dryer to make the film more flexible, which helps if you have to apply it over welding seams or angular tubes. The whole job took me about 30 minutes, and besides providing additional protection for the frame, the foils also look good. After three rides through mud and dirt, they're still all in place.

Ich finde zum einen den Preis nicht gerade günstig, dazu kommt dass ich die Folie etwas zu dick finde, man sieht immer eine Kante. Man muss die Folie aufjedenfall mit einem Föhn erwärmen sonst gält sie nicht. Für 100€ habe ich für mein Enduro einen maßgeschneiderte Folie fürs komplette Bike bekommen mit shampoo zum mischen um die Folie aufzukleben, das war muss man hier auch machen nur war kein shampoo dabei. Würde es mir wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal kaufen.
