The Tofino V SL is Syncro's road bike-oriented saddle, featuring the latest carbon construction for the SL version (Super Light). As part of their V-Concept saddle program, it was developed for riders who are particularly active in the hip and lumbar region and who like to ride in a more aggressive, aerodynamic riding style. On the bike you look like a V, hence the name. These riders tend to sit closer to the front of the saddle, with this position supported by the pubic bones. The rider position is generally lower and requires a slightly different saddle shape.
The Tofino V SL has carbon saddle rails for an unbeatable lightweight construction. The channel version has a larger contact area to minimize pressure points but still allow contact with the saddle. The saddle was developed in collaboration with an internationally renowned bike fitting company.
