The Shimano CS-HG700 is the right cassette for 11-speed road bike groupsets. It offers the optimum gear ratio of the 105 groupset (R7000) for applications such as gravel and cyclocross. The HG700-11 cassette is compatible with rear derailleurs with GS cage and, with its low climbing gears, is perfect for riding on different terrains. It is compatible with 10- and 11-speed freehub bodies.
HG-EV cassette sprocket is for rider-tuned gear combination & cadence management. We provide optimal 11-speed drive train gear ratio; you can choice wider and closer gear combination available to match various riding disciplines. HG-EV cassette sprocket is obtained 11-speed gear without compromising the 10-speed durability and improved HYPERGLIDE shifting.

Fahre die Kassette mit einer 1-fach-Kurbel mit 42,Zähnen. Hier finde ich die Abstufung genau richtig. Mit einer normalen Rennradkurbel wäre sie mir zu grob mit den 2-Zahn-Sprüngen bis zum kleinsten Ritzeln.
