After installing, I like these more than original shimano ones, they are cheaper as well. Although can't yet comment on the durability of the breaking material.

Yes it works but after 200km in city and a bit of muddy single track, I already lost a lot of material on pads. So not recommended if you want to do more than 1000km on the flat or 500km in mountains. Maybe ok on 100% tarmac ride but you should pay a bit more to get something good.
