The quality of this seatpost is excellent. The double-tube system is very useful to set the saddle at the correct height, especially on a bike requiring a long seatpost. But the suspension system is totally useless, at least in my case. I'm quite heavy, and I generally seat on the rear of the saddle. With this position, the suspension tube is blocked and cannot slide. When I am seated right above the seastpost though, it works, but this position is not comfortable at all for me. As for me, I will now favor parallelogram suspensions (Suntour, Buy Schulz, Redshift, etc...). Ergotec could usefully develop a version of this seatpost without suspension.
