I bought Santour for several years, but this time I decided to buy Ergotec and did not regret my purchase. The design of this seatpost is much more practical. Saddles with oval rails can also be installed, since the clamp grips the saddle from above, and not from the side like in the Santour. The damping is very smooth. No extraneous rattles and rustles of the spring are heard like Santour's. Fewer rubbing parts requiring lubrication.
