Good thing, but there are some negative points: plastic strap is too hard, electrical cable ties feel much better. I have tried to fit it on my bike down tube which is not perfectly round (it is more rectangle shape), and during mounting processes holders straps were broken in to two parts. I guess the weak point of strap was in the frame bent site. If you want to increase the tension, it can be difficult because of fully plastic tighten mechanism which can slip out the strap. My verdict: good thing for low tension and smaller diameter frame using.
