It holds the water cool for a little over an hour at hot conditions (38-40C). If you put ice cubes in, it will last a lot longer. The width is of a typical water bottle and the height is the same as a 750ml from Elite. The capacity is a true 500ml. All in all, best insulated bottle that I have used.
