The semi-integrated headset AZX203 1 1/8"-1.5" ZS44/28.6|ZS56/40 from Acros with 9 mm high aluminum cap enables the installation of 1 1/8"-1.5" tapered forks in frames with 44 mm / 56 mm press-fit dimension. The bearing set consists of a stainless steel angular contact ball bearing with a vulcanized seal for optimum protection of the headset bearing against moisture and dirt. Zerostack (ZS) designs are extremely popular as they combine the advantages of low overall height and bearing shells.
