The hypotonic mixture of carbohydrates and electrolytes brings fluids and important minerals quickly to where they are needed. With potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, chloride, zinc and vitamins C, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid, it supports muscle function, energy levels and a normal immune system.
Compared to classic iso drinks, Fast Hydration contains around 60% less sugar, but remains optimally balanced for rapid rehydration. The powder is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and contains no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
