The Ohio GTX® winter boots offer maximum comfort and are equipped with GORE-TEX Insulated Comfort Footwear woven fur, an AIR-ACTIVE® winter footbed and the Meindl Magic Light Trail sole.
So make sure you choose the right mix of materials: 100% cotton absorbs a lot of moisture and releases it only very slowly. Moisture remains on the foot, the feet cool down. A mixture of high-quality virgin sheep's wool (e.g. Merino) and synthetic fibres (e.g. polyester, polyamide) is therefore advantageous.
