Connex Hot Wax enables thorough cleaning and builds up a dry, dirt-repellent layer of wax that effectively protects your chain for up to 800 km thanks to the high-quality SCA wear protection additives. Compatible with all Connex waxed chains and Liquid Wax.

Application
- Degrease conventionally lubricated chain. Use several times if necessary. Observe the warnings for degreaser!
- Allow the chain to dry well. Heat the wax to 90 °C. Do not heat above 100 °C!
- After heat equalization, immerse the chain for two minutes at exactly 90 °C. Reduce temperature to 60 °C until slight skin formation appears.
- Remove the chain, drain and leave to cool over the wax bath.
- Leave the waxed chain to cool for at least 2 hours, then make the chain smooth.
