PFCs belong to a group of chemical compounds that are used to impregnate the outer fabric of many outdoor products. To manufacture this highly functional product, Vaude uses recycled polyester, among other materials, on a pro rata basis. This is surplus material from polyester production, which - instead of often being disposed of as waste - is collected and returned to production. Sehr gute Jacke, perfekt gegen Wind und Kälte. Bin damit schon mehrere Male bei 1°C und Wind meinen täglichen Weg ins Büro von 20km geradelt und habe nichts von Wind und Kälte bemerkt und das mit dünnem Merino-Shirt darunter. Jacke sitzt gut (1,82m, 110kg, XXL), fühlt sich angenehm an und wirkt sehr gut verarbeitet.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Jacke. Sie passt gut in Form und Länge (Größe L bei 181 cm und 85 kg) und ist auf dem MTB sehr angenehm zu tragen. Bin bei sehr windigen 5-6° unterwegs gewesen und sie hat Wind und Kälter zuverlässig draußen gehalten. Die Sichtbarkeit ist im Dunkeln wirklich sehr gut.
Heute bei starkem Wind zum 1. Mal angehabt. Die Jacke ist winddicht, warm und sehr angenehm zu tragen, aber es gibt leider auch Negaivpunkte: - Bei 182 cm Größe, 85 kg und Brustumfang von 107 cm ist XL zu groß. L wäre besser gewesen. - Die Jacke ist vorne zu lang (tief) geschnitten, denn der Saum drückt beim Radfahren in die Leiste (wahrscheinlich zu groß?) - Als Softshelljacke ist sie doch sehr steif. Vllt. ändert sich das bei längerem tragen.
Ich nutze sie auf dem Rad und auch beim laufen. Hält Nässe und Wind super ab.
Tut, was sie soll, die Jacke. Ein Freund hatte sie mir empfohlen für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Mir war aufgefallen, dass er im Gegensatz zu mir auch bei bewölktem Himmel sehr gut sichtbar war. Wenn man nicht gerade Einbrecher ist, kann uch sie ausdrücklich empfehlen. Außerdem innen so weich, dass man sich beim Anziehen gleich wohl fühlt .
