SwissStop Disc Brake Silencer is a high-performance metallic-based release agent with a biologically degradable carrier fluid which reduces the formation of brake dust.
Features - SwissStop Disc Brake Silencer
- Prevents and reduces brake squealing, without impairing the brake effect
- Simultaneously dissipates heat
- Prevents non-uniform wear
- Eliminates vibration on braking
- Increases braking safety
- Penetrates quickly into the microscopically small pores, poducing a uniform leveling-out of the surface
- Long-term protection against seizure and corrosion
- Temperature resistant: from -100°C to +1300°C
Use
- Remove brake pads from caliper
- Clean brake pads and rotor with an approved brake cleaner
- Shake the can until you can hear the ball rattling inside
- Spray a small amount Silencer onto the brake pads and allow several minutes to dry out
- Mount brake pads
- Brake pads require a new bedding in procedure to reach proper brake power
