Sports physicians recommend that the grip area should be placed further back towards the body to achieve an even distribution from the forearm to the hand. This „backsweep“ creates a rearward curve so that the wrist is not overstretched and the carpal tunnel is no longer restricted, thus relieving the hand and improving its position. - The 12° backsweep with its short reach provides a natural transition from the lower arm to the hand when in a more upright riding position thus protecting the wrist from the extreme strain occurring in downhill [riding]
- The 16° backsweep provides a natural transition from the lower arm to the hand when in a more stretched riding position
- The 4° upsweep brings the elbows into a perfect position for a dynamic riding style
- The 15mm (low), 30mm (medium) or 45mm (high) rise allow individualized positions

Die 16 Grad Backsweep sind sehr angenehm für Ellbogen und Handgelenk, verkürzen aber den Abstand von Lenker zu Sattel. Evtl. mit längerem Vorbau kombinieren. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
