En el momento que saben que no tienen stock, si tuviesen ética y atención con el cliente, deben comunicarlo al cliente y darle opciones para decidir; desde un producto alternativo, no cobrar gastos de envío e incluso poder cancelar el pedido. Cuando les interesa mandan mails en tu idioma, cuando no les interesa te mandan mails en otro idioma distinto al que se han comunicado hasta ese momento. Primer pedido que hago y seguramente el único. Muy defraudado con la forma de funcionar, hay otras webs con iguales o mejores precios y más formales.
