Small, light and incredibly robust: the Pirelli SmarTUBE Scorpion for MTB
It reduces rotating mass exactly where it counts most: at the wheels, making your bike more dynamic and faster in acceleration. At the same time, the TPU used is more resistant than butyl, which makes the tube particularly durable.
Note: TPU is a thermoplastic material that does not retreat under extreme deformation – unlike butyl, which exhibits shrinkage behavior. TPU always requires a counterpart, in this case the carcass, to keep its shape. Therefore, the tube should be slightly pumped up during assembly (maximum 0.3 bar) and then mounted with the tire.

Prima Lösung zum Scorpion, da ich (noch) nicht Tube-less fahren möchte. Ich denke mit dem Smartube ist ein guter Kompromiss gelungen. Versand superschnell, 1 Tag!
