Negativ: In anderen Teilen der Welt wird Draht auf der Haut zur Folter eingesetzt, hier - in Form von BOA - als Feature verkauft... Wenn ich den Helm am Trail festziehe, ist es (mit kurzen Haaren) auf der Haut sehr unangenehm - mit Bandana als zusätzliche Schutzschicht ist es ok (lange Haare dürften auch Abhilfe schaffen). Positiv: der Rest vom Helm (Schutzwirkung laut diversen Tests sehr gut, Gewicht, Optik, Möglichkeit Brille zu verstauen, ...) Neutral: ich weiß nicht was ich von Mips AirNode halten soll - das ist nur ein dünnes Inlet mit einzelnen Klettverschlüssen und rutschiger Oberfläche (haben allerdings die meisten neuen Helme in dem Preissegment)
Nachdem ich bei MTB News gesehen habe dass es einen neuen Speedframe geben wird - wollte ich unbedingt einer der ersten Besitzer sein. Klar, Bike Discount hatte ihn natürlich zuerst! Mega! Die Passform ist sensationell und das MIPS Air Node System sieht mega futuristisch aus. Der Helm macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr hochwertigen und vor allem sicheren Eindruck und wird sofort am Wochenende ausgefahren! Danke für die schnelle Lieferung! Hammer!
