I'm usually satisfied with Blackburn products but this one I cant use. It comes with 2 top velcro. One is good quality but the second is not usable unless you want to scratch you stem. The bottom loop cannot be removed unless you cut, it and that's a big minus for me as I don't need that loop. the mesh pockets are too tight and I can hardly put in there a small energy bar(30gr)
