An ideal energy bar that is welcome at any (sports) moment, which consists of the well-known 2:1 carbohydrate ratio (glucose:fructose). In addition, 50mg of sodium has been added to ensure that, in addition to your glycogen, your salt reserves are immediately refilled during exercise. The bar is easy to eat because of its soft texture and thanks to its two fruity flavors: Cranberry and Papaya.
