The 226ERS High Energy Salty Gel is a "Cologne List" tested energy gel with 50 g of carbohydrates and 200 kcal per serving, which uses cyclodextrin as a modern carbohydrate source. It provides a prolonged release of energy, stabilizes blood sugar levels and supports glycogen replacement efficiently during and after training.
Thanks to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, it empties quickly from the stomach, promotes digestion and reduces stomach discomfort.
