The Running Poles Carbon Z Adjustable 120-140 cm are ultra-light, foldable carbon poles - developed for trail running and speed hiking in demanding terrain. Their variable length makes them versatile - both uphill and over long distances. The non-slip cork grip and the Blueberry system ensure a high level of comfort, full control and smooth changes between running and walking phases.
These hiking poles improve your balance, take the strain off your knees and promote an upright posture on long tours through varied terrain. The robust aluminium construction guarantees durability, while the extended cork grips allow flexible grip positions depending on the incline. The length can be adjusted between 115 and 135 cm. And thanks to the three-part Z-construction, you can stow the poles compactly - perfect for travelling or attaching them to your rucksack on multi-day tours.
Good to know: Use the formula (height × 0.68) to calculate your ideal pole length.
The poles have extended cork grips for a secure hold in all weather conditions and shafts made from robust, durable 7075 aluminium. The Blueberry system works with adjustable straps (included) as well as with gloves, so that the equipment can be flexibly customised. The poles can be adjusted in length using the flick-lock fastener and are compatible with interchangeable parts such as carbide tips, snow discs and rubber feet.
