The Moab Speed 2 Mid GTX is the latest model from Merrell and combines the expertise and insights gained from the Merrell Moab – the best-selling hiking boot – with the latest global innovations in hiking. The Vibram TC5+ rubber sole, specially designed for Merrell with a completely new design and grippy lugs, ensures excellent traction. Hikers know that comfort is paramount – which is why the footbed of the new Moab Speed now contains 30 per cent more foam.
Breathability is now significantly better too, as Merrell has taken on board a great deal from the bestsellers in the Merrell test lab. Underfoot, there’s a secure heel counter and a full-length Rock Plate, which offer you reliable support on any terrain and in any weather. This version is also made with Gore-Tex – the tried-and-tested waterproof material – and keeps your feet dry even in adverse conditions.
