Parallel muscle strands can thus be massaged not only simultaneously, but also evenly. You do not touch the spinous processes, because the fascia balls run directly next to the spine.
Due to its size and shape, you can also use the DUOBALL massage ball for self-massage of your shins, arms and shoulders. Bony structures are not touched.
